1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and supply of botanical tinctures and apothecary goods via https://www.yorkshiremushroomcompany.co.uk. By placing an order through our digital dispensary, you enter into a legally binding contract with Yorkshire Mushroom Company Ltd subject to English law.
2. Age Restrictions & 30% ABV Formulation
Our dual-extracted mushroom tinctures are crafted according to traditional herbal standards using an authentic 30% ABV hydro-ethanolic suspension to ensure bio-active solubility and mucosal sublingual bioavailability. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the statutory right to verify age before dispatch.

4. Orders, Pricing & Dispensary Availability
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include applicable UK taxes. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout prior to final payment.
- Small-Batch Production: Because our tinctures undergo continuous Soxhlet solvent reflux cycles and artisanal maturation, batches are subject to seasonal yield limits. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute formal acceptance until parcel dispatch.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted gateways.
5. Dispatch, Delivery & Title
Orders are prepared in small batches and dispatched from North Yorkshire via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer upon verified physical delivery by Royal Mail. Title to goods transfers once full payment is cleared.
6. Consumer Rights & 30-Day Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- You have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without stating a reason.
- In addition to your statutory rights, Yorkshire Mushroom Company Ltd offers a 30-day dispensary return window for items that remain completely unopened, in their original protective packaging with the tamper-evident dropper neck seal fully intact.

7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable English law. Subject to statutory consumer protections, Yorkshire Mushroom Company Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website usage or delayed deliveries outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
