Cultivation on Hardwood Logs
We cultivate mature fungi indoors right here in Yorkshire on 100% native hardwood substrates and sustainably sourced timber. We categorically reject cereal grains, oats, and rice starches—guaranteeing 100% whole fruiting body without filler.
Harvesting & Low-Temp Dehydration
Mushrooms are hand-harvested at peak bioactive maturity when polysaccharide concentrations are at their highest. Gentle low-temperature dehydration (under 40°C) locks in delicate thermolabile terpenes while breaking cellular moisture to prepare the chitin matrix.
Laboratory Soxhlet Dual-Extraction
Human digestion cannot penetrate fibrous chitin walls. Our two-stage extraction uses continuous Soxhlet reflux cycles of pure grain ethanol to isolate non-polar triterpenes, diterpenes, and sterols, followed by atmospheric pressure purified hot-water decoction to liberate water-soluble (1,3/1,6)-Beta-D-Glucans in a consistent, repeatable yield.

The water and ethanol fractions are blended in precise equilibrium to reach our signature 30% ABV strength. Every batch is settled and double-filtered to ensure clarity, constituent density, and absolute botanical purity.
UV-Shielded Black-Dipped Amber Bottling & Traceability
